The lens is in fantastic external condition. All glass elements are free of fungus and balsam separation. While images taken with the lens are not impacted or impeded on, there is a moderate amount of debris and hazing on the inner glass lenses. The lens is being sold at a discount due to this. The mount and filter threads are in excellent condition, and the aperture blades are oil-free and snappy. The focus ring spins perfectly with a nice weight, and the aperture ring clicks mechanically into its detents. The engraved numerals throughout are in great condition, with no wear.
